BACKGROUND
Settlement Reporting was first conceived, and the project started, to fill the demand for process standardization and compliance for Title Company owned affiliated businesses to provide private label services from vendors. In addition to facilitating compliance and standardization throughout the organization, Settlement Reporting through integrations with major Title Production Software and automation increases speed, accuracy and profitability.
Key to Settlement Reporting success is working with some of the largest national Title Companies to roll out a suite of services nationwide. These same services are required for all title companies, and with Settlement Reporting while staying in compliance can further monetize services that are currently an expense for the Title Company.
APPLICATION OVERVIEW
Settlement Reporting is a web-based SaaS application with all the tools needed for Title Companies to monetize providing private label services as a separate business entity. Title Companies and owners with affiliated businesses are required to separate these companies from their normal Title operations.
The Settlement Reporting application consists of ordering, tracking, managing, and reporting on Services required in Title Closings. The Suite of services offered will include: County Clerk Recording, HOA Document Procurement, FinCEN Reporting, Signing Services, Legal Document Prep and other services such as Survey and others that the Title Company owners may have an interest in.
In addition services like FinCEN Reporting and HOA Procurement can be offered directly as vendor services to the Title Industry.
COMPETITIVE PRODUCTS
Currently there are some Web based platforms that aggregate Vendors and provide integrations to the Title Industry production platforms, but these are focused on the direct Title operations. These platforms do not offer required platform separate from Title Company operations for employees of Title Owned affiliated businesses to operate from.
Currently there are no Vendors offering Fincen Reporting, and Settlement Reporting will be first to market with this service.
